Friend-a-Thon lets your friends and family record personalized voice cheers that play automatically at each mile marker during your race.

A person reads every message and we aim to reply within two business days. To get a useful answer the first time, tell us your iPhone model, the version of iOS it is running, the version of Friend-a-thon you have installed, and what you were doing when the problem happened.

Before you write

I found a bug, or I want a feature.

Send it to support@friend-a-thon.app. Bug reports that include the steps to reproduce the problem get fixed fastest, and feature requests genuinely do shape what gets built next.

How do I get my data deleted?

Email us and say what you want removed. We will tell you what we hold, delete what we can, and say plainly if something cannot be deleted and why.
